The LO at WF was good and seemed ambitious to help me. I sent her all the requested documents on AUGUST 13TH. It's September 5th now! All calls and emails have not been returned. What should I do? I would rather get a big DENIED letter in the mail than be left in the dark about the status of my application. Do they send denials? Should I look/work with a different lender?
