Pre and Post Workout Nutrition?

I'm looking for some pre and post workout meal ideas. I usually have about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to eat before I head to the gym where I workout for around 60 minutes; sometimes more, and then I usually have about 45 minutes afterwards before class. So I need some meal ideas that are quick, vegetarian friendly and will provide me with energy?
