pranking our teacher?

ok so on of my classes pranks my teacher when ever she leaves (its super fun and she never gets mad) we started out just like fliping our desks around and stuff when she left, so when she came back our desks would be facing a different direction... but that got old fast. she has this little stuffed animal of Barney that she LOVES so we've been hiding it different places in the class room, but we need something better.. any suggestiions?
 
mess up the chair so that its in an awkward position. Move the back of the chair foward and lower the chair all the way. My teacher got so pissed because he couldnt fix it that he threw it across the room.
