Simply put, I was in a skype call of people prank calling over in Texas (We're in the UK) and now the house is getting calls asking if the household has any PC's or Laptops, I've looked up the Texan laws and have the charges are preety hefty on this sort of thing. But the UK Laws say a complete different thing. Any thoughts?
Prank Calling from abroad, are you able to be charged by their laws?
