PPC 6xxx or Treo 650?

Well I'm selling my Samsung A880 on Ebay and I plan on buying a PPC 6600, PPC 6700 (but probably won't have enough money), or Treo 650 I plan to buy my new phone on Ebay also. I think the PPC phones look awesome but how is the Treo 650 I will be using my phone more for entertainment and the Treo 650 looked kinda businessy. So which one should I choose? Thanks
