Powersteering hose problem in a 2003 chrysler Town and Country?

Hello I have a 2003 Chrysler Town and country and it keeps blowing out the power steering hose I replaced it 2 weeks ago and it blew again there are 2 hoses right by the rack an pinon one is about 6 inches and the other is about afoot and a half its the longer one that keeps going any ideas please help

sounds like you need a new power steering pump. would be cheaper to get one at the junk yard.
