Power window 1999 ford windstar?

window on passengers side is not working I have tried to put it down from from master switch side also. I do not hear the relay click when I push the switch. I used a tester and there is power going to the switch for that window on the drivers side but the passengers window switch has no power. Also how can you test the window motor to see if it is bad?
 
take the door panel off unplug the window regulator motor and using a battery from your cordless drill use two cables to apply direct power to the motor.
