It works fine when the car is moving, but at a standstill it's like the wheels are in wet concrete. Is it the pump, switch, or something else? It has full fluid and belt still runs.
that's the rack and pinion unit starting to go out on it when they first start getting bad they start getting stiff,that's the first sign you,ll get ,the next one will be like a slipping feeling when your turning in to a curve with it,you,ll wind up replacing the rack and pinion to get it fixed though ,i know i own two of those cars and already been through it with one of them,good luck.
