I turned out of my apartment complex today and when I was turning my wheel to straighten out the truck I noticed it was REALLY hard to turn the wheel both left and right. So I opened the hood and I noticed power steering fluid everywhere. So I had my dad turn the wheel and I noticed that power steering fluid was seeping out from under the cap. I took the cap off and noticed that there was way too much fluid in there, more than there should be. Do you think that the power steering pump went bad?
