Power steering out in mazda rx8 after putting in a new engine...?

okay well anyways, i have a 2004 mazda rx8.... and i kinda blew my engine with 90k miles on it... and i put a different engine in it, which has 50k miles on it... it runs great, just the only thing wrong with it, is that the power steering is out... and my second cylinder is miss firing... so can you please help me out...
