Power Problem with my PC ?

Ok, so I have a 350 watt PSU and all my PC uses is 288 watts, but after like 1 hour it will cut off on it's own, I did cut off the hibernate and all the plugs are connected safely after it cuts off, if you try to restart it it will only run for like half a second then cut back off, and another thing after another day you can cut it back on and it will run for another hour, then it will cut off again, what's wrong?
 
288 watts maybe its normal rate but its power consumption can kick up when it needs it so you many need to get a new power supply because it might be trying to pull more power from the little power supply
