power adding to a dodge?

i have 02 dodge durango slt+ with the 4.7liter magnum/powertech engine and what are some little things tht i can get done to her by the mechanic? i just need a little more boost mostly like for better 0-60 times because my mom doesnt max it out usally all the other racers get scared by 100mph LOL
how much is a good exhuast i want it to sound like a muscle car/truck whts the best exhuasts?
o ya i was thinking of getting some 18inch chrome mb brand gunner 6 wheels with off road tires do u think it'll look ok? wont it lift it a lil higher because the regular size is 16inch and then the tires would be bigger with the tread
 
First off, bigger wheels = slower 0-60 due to drag and weight. If you want it quicker off the line, re gear it with 4:56 gears.
Flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers will give you the sound you want
Good exhaust will run $600-$1000 (installed stainless)
Reprogram the computer
change the air intake
larger throttle body
