Powdercoating question, I have a bicycle frame which is quite pitted on the rear

tubes..? The frame is a 1930's Hercules, I have used electrolysis to remove the worst of the rust, which has left me with pitted steel. Can the powdercoating be applied thicker on the pitted areas or can i get the pits filled with something like braze,led or some other product that will work with powder coating?
Im warey to sand the pits out too much as it may weaken the structure of the frame.
