Powder Coating Wheels?

I want to get the wheels on my car powder coated a nice color black. Right now they are spray painted black and with time they don't look as good. I want to get my wheels powder coated a nicer shade of black. I was looking for a place that can do it by taking it off my car, powder coating it, re-paint it, and then re-installing it. Doing all that stuff with my car being there. I understand that it can take a couple days but would want my car secure while it's on jacks. Anyone know where to take my car locally? I live in Southern California, Valencia.
 
Many auto body shops now have the ability to do powder painting. You'll just have to call around to find the one for you. If there is a way to drop the rims off to them, it might make it easier.
