Okay, my boyfriend and I have a 4 month old beaglier puppy. I researched countless methods of potty training him before we got him. We started training him as soon as we got him. He was doing great about 3 weeks into it or so. We got him at 12 weeks, so about 15 weeks. But now he is only going inside. We would take him to go outside to his favorite spot, both for #1 and #2. He still goes #1 outside, but he won't go #2. So we take him all the way around the block, and as soon as we get back inside he goes on the carpet. We let him smell all around, hoping he'll go. But no, he goes inside. What can we do? What are we doing wrong?? It's not like we aren't punishing him. We are. Help!
