My daughter has a clear fluid leaking from her left ear several times a week. The fluid does not come out of the ear...it stays in the ear. She also complains of a salty-metal taste in her mouth. Her pupils dilate and she was severe headaches as well as head pressure. She even says that her head BURNS. When she gets these headaches, she can barely even stand up....she has to lay down. She recently got a sample of the fluid from her ears and I was wondering what to do with it. She saw a neurosurgeon about 1 1/2 months ago, and he looked at her MRIs from 5 months ago and he said he has no idea what is going on. What should I do?
