posture help and knee help?

i run track at my school as a mid distance runner, im 6'2 and have a pretty long stride but my teammates and coach tells me that i slouch while i run and i look as if im sitting back and it cuts my stride length and turnover, what can i do to correct this? and is there anyway i could improve my knee lift, i hear my knees dont get as high as they should. help would really be appreciated
