Postauricular lymph nodes (behind ear)

For about 3 years ive had two hard lumps behind my right ear. They just all of a sudden appeared out of now where. I went to my doctor a while ago and he said it was two lymph nodes fused together and that they pose no threat to my health. They havent bothered me since they developed except for certain occasion when they have gotten bigger and i got scared on whether it was bad or not. Once again i went to my doctor and he said id be fine. This week, lets say monday or so, i noticed behind my left ear another lump was forming. So i assume it is my lymph node swelling like the first two. I havent been sick nor do i have any infections so i dont know whats going on. All three are hard and painless. The two behind my right ear i can move so to speak. The newly formed one, i cannot. Are they cancerous? Should i be more worried than i already am? If it is just an infection im not aware of, where would the infection come from?

Please help!!! :confused:
