I know this has been done in some of the regular phone forum areas, but it would be cool to have one here so that people can compare phone UI's and customization possibilities.

I will start with mine. (Jailbroken iPhone 3GS)

Most of the other options are customized too. I have Categories Set up so I don't have to scroll thru multiple pages of applications.
 
Hey locks, I really like your themes.. did you make them, or download them? Either way, I would really like to have those.. they are pretty sleek. If they are yours you should post yours up here. Either way, props.
