post spinal fusion for spondy question

I had a spinal fusion for grade 3 spondylolisthesis about 4 months ago. Since the surgery i've had nurabness on the back of my right leg, which the doctors said is normal. Recently the left side of my left hand and two fingers have started going nurab. I also started to have sharp stabbing pains in my thigh, butt, and hip every now and then. It also hurts sometimes when i touch those areas. I was just wondering if this was normal and something that just came along with surgery and would eventually go away.
