Been awhile since I've been on. Looking for ideas.
Surg. was in feb. 2010. Posterior fusion L-3-4-5.
Pain is nasty. had a ct scan last week. "No evidence of continuous bone formation from the endplate and plate at either level"
screws and bars are ok.
Doc wants me to go back to pt , Hydro.
Ins. co. says 90 days per body part, per lifetime. which I've already exausted. the 90 days, not the lifetime. Pain is across the butt(can't sit),feels like the top of the leg. spasms down the leg, into the ankle/foot.
Can't sleep. same doc did my acdf in '08, no problem at all.
Just need some relief NOW. doing ice packs..advil. no help.
