I ordered Urban Decay Primer a few weeks ago and I never received it. On July 22nd I received a letter saying that my paackage is at the post office. The problem with that is that the post office is far from me and I do not have a car. If I never go pick it up will they just return my package and I'll get my money back? (PS: I do not want the primer anymore because I changed my mind).
