Post ESI advice needed

A little history: I am 3 years post op L4 - S1 fusion. I have been treated for nerve pain in my leg ever since. It has been "tolerable" until about 3 months ago. My MRI at that time showed a bulging L3-L4 and a scar tissue mass infringing the L5 nerve. I was hurting so bad that I agreed to an ESI to see if there was a possibility to reduce some of the scar tissue to ease the pain.

I had it done on Monday. I went from a 5 or 6 pain level to a 9. The pain is almost unbearable and none of my pain meRAB, muscle relaxers etc are touching the pain. I stay nauseous from the pain.

Any suggestions on what I should do? I need SOME kind of relief *sigh*
