I'm newbie to all this stuff, recently i got BB830 World edition from Ebay and wanted to use this with CDMA operator in INDIA, will u help me in programming CDMA part of it. I expect a kind help from you and advice.

Hey everyone, I have a Blackberry Curve 8320 with TMobile, but really want to get a Blackberry Storm 9530 (but only Verizon carries it). Since this phone is still so new, is there a way for one of you to get an unlock code for it? Also, will the BB Storm work with TMobile's coverage and technology? I just got off the phone w/customer service at Verizon and the guy was a jerk. He was such a smartass and very rude to me, and he told me that a Verizon phone will NOT work with TMobile because Verizon's technology is "way better than TMobile's". Anyways, I just want to get some advice from anyone who has had any experience with the Storm (either 9500 or 9530), and want to get my ducks in a row before I buy a BB Storm.

I am a newbie here. I have a verizon wireless BB 8830 World edition. I used the MFI loader (thanks to RAMZAN) and successfully got 1 (pass). After that I opened the desktopmanager and updated the bb software.
1. does this mean the BB is flashed successfully? (it is a verizon BB)
2. What do I need to do to use it on another network (metro pcs). I have an existing number with metro pcs.
3. I tried to insert a SIM card from another carrier but the phone says "Invalid SIM card.
4. I tried to open the MFI loader but it is not recognizing the BB anymore?

I am unable to confirm that the phone is unlocked and ready to go on other cdma networks. Also it has a verizon SIM card. I try to insert the sim card from other carriers but the phone is not recgonizing it. Can you please explain what I need to do next.
