Possible to wander onto (American) Indian territory without knowing?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew if Native American reservations are always clearly demarcated throughout... like is there any place where it would be possible to accidentally wander onto one while hiking/walking/driving? Kind of vague I know but someone may have some info, thanks
