Possible to upgrade to Electric Windows and Central Locking on Ford Ka Now?

I've bought a second-hand Ford Ka Now 2001 and wondered whether its possible (and how easy it is) to convert to electric windows and central locking.

I've seen the universal kits you can buy for both but am a car novice - would it take a mechanic long? Would I need to replace the car door cards or any other parts?
