Too Cool for School

Alright I have both a passion for Genetic Engineering and Law. I hope to both if possible. My current plan is to major in Biology (probably Molecular bio idk yet) and minor in political science. After that I would have to obtain a PHD for Genetic Engineering which I hope to do during the day, and at the same time i hope to do law school during the evening. In theory is this possible? Do you guys have another plan? and how much money am i looking at? Is it realistic? Do you think i should abort this plan? Do you guys think this is crazy? I want to do it but is it possible? Also what is the general hours for night school? Have you heard a plan similar to mine that worked out? What do you think of the plan is it realistic? I know IF this is possible it will require a lot of studying but im willing to work my butt off and study.
PS some might be wondering how i can work as a genetic engineer and a lawyer at the same time. If this plan works out I plan on working as a International lawyer mainly, and research genetic engineering during my spare time (Weekends, nights...). Like an individual scientist
