possible to get a at&t LG neon go phone in blue?

i hear the gray one is the only color LG neon comes in if you want to use it as a prepaid go phone. is that true? do i have to get a 2-year-contract if i want the blue or green one? if i buy the blue LG neon off ebay or something with no contract, can i use it as a go phone? (AT&T)
