Possible to downgrade to "stock" from Beta without jailbreak?

Just as the title says. Is it possible?

I have been JB before and didnt like the instability.

I paid for a Beta slot and things have been fairly ok, but the new version 5 is horrible. Every app closes after a minute.

Im a bit worried about apple cracking down on non devs running the beta.

Again, is there anyway to downgrade to stock without jailbreak??

I will appreciate any help.

Have you already try to connect your iPhone to your computer and open up iTunes and then click restore? That should be able to restore you iPhone to the most recent iOS available.
