Possible to buy a NEW 2007 Mazda 3 next year?

Is it possible to buy a new Mazda 3 (NOT HATCHBACK) in 2010?
I've heard some things from people that there aren't that many new ones left.

You cant buy a new 2007 one because they are making 2010 models now. They do sell 2010 models in the sedan and hatchbacks.
