Possible range extender?

Hello, I just signed up for Cricket and just received my phone. According to the cricket website, I should have great service in my location, but I dont even get 1 bar. I dialed *228 and updated the PRL, but no change.

Other service providers have a device you can plug into your broadband connection and it will give you full service while you are in or around your home. I was wondering if anything like this exists for cricket?

Or is there anything I can do to inform cricket that their coverage map is not correct?

Have you tried location other than where you were at? What phone did you get?

If you can get some signal. Then you can use a range extender. I use one in one of my stores because the signal is not great inside the store. It works great. Here is the info http://www.wi-ex.com/index.aspx
