Hi,
I'm new to this forum and I'm 29 year old male and pretty healthy overall. From last 4 months, I've been having headaches, panic attacks, pressure feeling on my face, asthma type attacks and have been to multiple doctors but have only a diagnoses of a Vitamin D deficiency. I tried to cut off gluten, soy, milk and corn from my diet and started to feel little bit better but just yesterday I had a half glass of milk and started having asthma attacks, dizziness. So I'm wondering if anyone can share their experience with Milk allergy here? Is it also possible for the villi in the intestine get damaged due to milk allergy/intolerance over time and cause the Vitamin D deficiency? I also learned recently that I started to drink cow's milk at the age of 7.. before that I used to drink buffalo's milk. Can that contribute to the onset of cow's milk allergy in adults?
Thanks!
