Possible Honeymoon: Backpacking across Europe...?

We are considering changing our Honeymoon plans to Backpacking across Europe for a couple of months. For one week we will do the actual "honeymoon" part aka nice hotel, barely any touristy stuff, just romantic dinners and lotsa time in the hotel room lol. Which city would you pick for the "honeymoon week"?
 
My husband and I are in the process of moving to England so we're waiting to have our honeymoon once we settle in. We chose Barcelona, Spain because of our friends and family say its gorgeous.
 
in Paris Eiffel tower. In Italy Venice.
I've been there. Both of this is GREAT, AMAZING.
