Okay, tomorrow I officially join the Gym. Yay for me, for taking the initiative. I am 17, weight 200 pounds (A lot is muscle) however, this leaves a lot of "chunkiness" to me. My plan, is to Lose at least 50 Pounds by June (Currently November), is this goal obtainable? I plan going everyday and I plan on eating Salads MOSTLY. Perhaps veggies and fruits as well. In your opinion how much is a reasonable amount to lose within 7 months?
