Possible allergy causing skin issues in 4 yr old??

HI. My daughter has had several skin issues including chronic hives, pityrissus alba (looks like ezcema patches but the skin around it turns white) and now a red ring around her anus. She has itching on her vulva as well. I'm wondering if there is maybe a food allergy somewhere??? Anyone have any ideas??? Thanks!
 
SounRAB like my son's symptoms when he was an infant he was allergic to dairy and had all those symptoms take her to her ped and ask for a referral to an allergist.
