I have an issue with scones. I can make them no problem but when I cook them they always come out squished on one side as if they are not properly risen. I have swapped my cookie cutter and tried rotating them in the oven as they cook but still they are misshapen. Are my scones possesed or is there a reason why this is happening. They are always squished in the same place.
