Pos. preg. test 11/1! The 1st day of my last period was 9/17, but I had neg. test 11/1.

How far along am I? I just found out last Tuesday that I'm pregnant and I'm trying to figure out how far along I am. The first day of my last period was 9/17/08, but my period has been irregular since I stopped birth control in August. I had a negative test 11/1/008. How far along I am?
