Could some one please explain the process to me:
I have requested that my Vodaphone sim only 30 day contract be cancelled and asked for a PAC code to port my number to a new o2 contract which i have not yet purchased.
They have agreed to send my PAC code within 48 hours and said that using the code will generate my final bill... first of all what does this mean???
If i were to buy my new o2 contract now and enter my PAC code into the order form as it aks will i end up paying for my last bill with vodafone and my first bill with o2 in the same week, in other words will they overlap or will my o2 contract begin once my final Vodafone bill has been paid??
