...it was charged bad dept? i am disabled through s.s. and i draw less than 700.00 a month, things were going fine until 08 or 09 when everyone started losing jobs, homes, I could'nt pay my bills. I always found away to pay extra each month and the capitol one sold the card to one co. then another and so on. then portfolio recovery does this. what is going to happen, i have never been through this before. Mr Ramsy I hope you see my question.
