Portfolio Help Please? (8th Grade Portfolio)?

Okay so i have to do 3 questions on a Langston Hughes poem (I, Too, am America) and im stuck on one of the questions: How does this piece relate to your learning? So how does it? Im thinking something about his life but i dont know how to put it down on paper.. Help me A.s.a.p this is due tommorrow... And i have 5 more papers left to due. :/
