I just typed "inc" in the video portion of the search table and was offered hundreds of porn downloads.
This is an outrage and you should do something about it.
Any child could access these things.
 
Which Gnutella program are you using? You've posted into a general gnutella network discussion section, not a gnutella client program section. The answer depends upon which client you use. As for an overview of gnutella freedoms, see Quality of Content on the Network (click on link)

Edit: Checking your previous thread, you're using LW. So my advice would be to bite a piece & do this Direct instructions to eliminate porn from results & also How to use the Keyword Filter
 
Today I've seen something called "car". If you run that over a child, the car might get damaged and the child most-likely dies. This is an outrage and you should do something about it. Henry Ford must die. Oh wait, he's already dead.

Who ever told you that LimeWire was for kids to use unsupervised was lying to you, it is your job, as an adult, to supervise your own kids. But I guess that irresponsible adults nowadays are all to ready to blame someone else for their own failings.

As a parent myself I would not let any youngster under the age of 16 use LW unless I was there to supervise them. However, if that youngster insisted on using LW on his or her own then my computer would simply become off-limits, by simple application of a password.
