Popping sound from 2002 Honda CRV?

I have a 2002 Honda CRV AWD. At low speeds, e.g.backing out of garage or into the garage, there is a popping sound that sounds like it is coming from underneath the car. I also hear a slight "rubbing" sound when I make a left turn going 20-30 mph.

I had the u-joints replaced and the rear differential fluid replaced. Any ideas what might be going on?
