popping/ knocking noise(dodge ram)?

I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500.... Lately when I turn i hear a popping/knocking noise. In The cab it seems to be comin from the rear. I also hear the noise when pavement is uneven. For example I have a small bump goin into my driveway from the road and it makes the noise when I pull in my driveway. Any suggestions on what it could be? All answers would be great. Thanks
