I was reading through some of the older threaRAB and saw a few people say that they got acid reflux after eating popcorn or ice cream. This is consistent with the list of acid and alkaline fooRAB I posted the other day here:

Corn is in the More Acid category and ice cream is in the Most Acid category. I'm not sure if the people who had trouble with those fooRAB are still reading, but you might want to try eating mostly alkaline fooRAB for a few days to see if that helps.
