POP3/IMAP/SMTP Get email contacts through php?

I have an account setup with bluetie.com that supports POP3/IMAP/SMTP. I would like to have a php script that will get the email addresses of all of the users in a list or even just all the contacts. Is this possible with POP3/IMAP/SMTP? Ive got smtp setup to send emails already. Any suggestions?
