pop-up in system tray.?

I am not getting pop-up in my system tray in bottom right corner. When i get a email in yahoo mail.
When i hv mail there red light saying i hv mail.
I not get that or no pop-up when mail comes in. I not know if it a yahoo problem. I did sound on messenger so i get sound.
Still not working.Could someone help me on this please.
