We live up here in Montana and it just got cold. My wife's jeep was stalling on her, I'd go start it 10 min later and it'd run fine. It did it again and as I was pulling up to it, it rang a bell in my head, it's freaking cold out here, 10 degrees, her gas line is freezing or she's getting water in the lines.
So I go and put dry heat and fuel injector cleaner in with about 8 gallons of fuel, opened it up on the expressway for about 10 miles at a speed where I know it gets only 14 miles to the gallon plus I disabled the OD, I'm guessing I burned through a gallon and a half. I figured this would flush out the lines burning through a gallon of gas and mixing up the dry gas.
Well, when I got off the express way, put it in neutral, it stalled again. Now I can always start it, I just need to give it a little gas.
So, is it a couple frozen injectors or what. I've got full power when it's running, I just don't know.
