Aravah is mostly right, especially noting that the only other respondent is wrong on several accounts. However..two of these questions do not even have an accurate answer as a possible choice given.

Unfortunately one of them was the one she answered and it's only wrong because of the word "men". Devorah was one of the best Judges of Israel, whose rule saw 40 years of peace and proseperity.
While Devorah was also a military leader and most of the Judges were warriors, there were also exceptions to that among them so D would also be incorrect. There is simply no choice to that question persented that is entirely accurate.
