Since Sunday late afternoon I no longer have reception in the house? I used to get at least 2 bars now "0" even outside it used to be full bars now 1-2 bars?Called CS Monday they said couple of people complained about this and they are working on it still have it...Today CS filled a complain at www.t-mobile-takeaction.com we have 3 BB curves all same issue in the house also a friend lives like quarter of mile away he said signal is now real poor and sometimes full signal but can

I went thru this for a week last month. I had to take my phone in (it did the same thing in the store). I got a new SIM card (3 in one year) and my phone works fine now. I have a T-Mobile USA 8120.

I'm having this same issue. I cannot receive any signal what so ever at work, which is very inconvenient. It wasn't this bad before. I have to go outside the building before getting reception. At first I thought it was the phone, so I switch phones and activated a new Sim, same problem. A rep said they have good coverage in that area so I dont know myself, but something needs to get done.

I get really bad at work in the hospital with all the equipment blocking signals. I think my tower is almost out of range. I go out side or certain pars of the building I can get a few bars. The free wifi is not that strong, only near the lobby.

Aloha!

I am on att and have the same problem. I bought a booster off ebay for 199.99 and it works real good, now i can even get emails and internet. They said my tower is to far away thats why it works outside but not inside. The booster has an antanna that mounts outside, hook a cable between booster and antanna and it works with all phones in the house.

I have WiFi setup but my problem only occurs at work and all the WiFi connections there are secured, so I'm out of luck both ways. I think I may invest in a booster to see if that helps.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~not sure if this will help but I have had serv with both tmo an att an the last time it happen to me was with att. I own a smll business and after a wk or two of me calling "every day" I was connected to a tech that explaind to me that the towers an the signals that they output are based on a tier system an I was on the lowest tier they then call me back on another ph and had me restart my ph once it came up I was given a series of numbers to put in an was told to hit the dial or talk button once the call connected I was told to input another series of numbers wait 2 seconds an hang up then was told to restart again. When the phone came on this time I was at full bars the tech explained that this had moved me up to a higher tier. So maybe if you complain enough they can do the same for you. Mark
