I would like to know the law for the dog owners responsibilities of scooping after their dogs.
My neighbors who own dogs as their pets do not pick up their dog poops.
It's so unpleasant to find those poops right out the door of the condo building as I come in and go.
I have emailed the picture of the dog poops that I found even in the courtyard, the building management officer just put up the note on the door as ' keep the courtesy for your neighbors' but that does not seem to work.
Therefore, I like to gain more knowledge regarding this issue so we may have better and a clean environment.
